Flavorus is a primary ticketing company based in Los Angeles. Over the past 4+ years I have served as Director of Product Development. My primary role at Flavorus has been to lead all UX/UI design for the website, guide the vision for the product and brand, and manage a team of seven designers and developers.
In 2012 we set out to completely redesign Flavorus. This meant rethinking everything from the sign up flow, switching to a more traditional backend experience, going to a responsive layout, becoming more mobile friendly, and refactoring every feature.
A few years back we started to notice our mobile traffic starting to increase. At the time we had a separate mobile site that was very limited. Since them we switched to a responsive site and focused on giving the user the best experience possible no matter the devise. Mobile is now 60% of all traffic and growing.
